Enjoy a time of watercoloring your whimsical (unofficial) birth month animal.
Using a pre-drawn fanciful animal template, participants will personalize their animal (cat, mouse, opossum etc.) using watercolor paints and pencils.
A peaceful way to spend the day surrounded by gardens, nature.
*All guests will take home a tiny bouquet and and partake in a sensory walk, around the garden.
No skills necessary, all supplies provided.

If your child is a budding "crazy cat person" with an affinity for kitties and love of art? This is the event for you
We have a Studio full of well-behaved feline friends for kids to interact with- (these kitties live here in their colony and are not for sale). This is a low-key activity, in a calm garden setting intended to provide a fun outing for your child and some friends while interacting with kitties.
All Kitty Craft Cafe events come with a Kitty Cat Studio Visit & Play, Optional Themed Storytime (for littles), Tea Time and Craft
Kitties (like Kiddies) are unique and sensitive beings. Some cats enjoy a rousing round of energetic activity and some prefer peaceful play. Some kitties like close companionship and other are full snuggle bugs. Understanding how to adapt and engage with animals provides an opportunity for learning and serves as a natural source for lowering stress and offering connection to cats.
We will Craft in the Garden Cabin and have Kitty Time in the Studio so if certain folks are not comfortable around cats, they do not need to participate in that portion.

The Sensory Garden Program aims to:
